Right-I have done well-I'll be the first to pat myself on the back but for the last year I have been losing and gaining the same 7lbs.
Why have I got this barrier up that stops me progressing? I want this-I'm hungry for it.

Before I went away on my holiday to Italy-I pretty much gave up a week before, then holiday was gastronomic. I put on 7lbs in thee and a bit weeks.

I feel like I'm almost back on track-I started working out again last week (first time back at Jazzercise since June due to skydiving injury). I did lose 2lbs this week but I could have done better.

Any ideas that anyone can share to getting the energy back into getting excited about this again?

I uploaded my pictures to Facebook at the weekend-I just felt dissapointed in myself as I didn't look the way I wanted too-I had lots of comments about how great I looked but I know I can be better than I am.

:( It may just be the Monday/seasonal changes/hormones but I am grumpy today.

It's part of the learning curve =) Don't be too hard on yourself, just get back on track and enjoy it....changing your lifestyle should not be torture.
