*kitten* Women Say to Personal Trainers
I saw this on BB.com and just had to share. A bit of a stereotyped generalization, but still pretty damn funny!
For you PTs out there - is this true?

Ahahaha! I've had it all said to me! Here are a few that are classic:
"I don't like to squat because my *kitten* is too big already!"
"Once I get to goal weight, do I have to keep exercising?"
"I don't want to be flabby, so will massage help squeeze fat out of the cells?

I am not even a personal trainer but I have friends who use the dumbest excuses when I work out with them for various exercises or diet plans. Most recent.
"I don't eat more protein because I don't need any muscle! Thats what a hubby's for, right?!"
*sigh*0 -

My favorite comment I hear at work:
I don't need to do cardio, all I need to do is sit-ups, ab roller and all other ab workouts to get a flat stomach. I don't have to change my diet either... insert KFC, Popeyes, McDonalds and everything else NOT in moderation.
because obviously the fat arms, legs, back rolls and saddlebags don't matter, only the stomach does =X0 -
At the gym where I work I hear women all the time tell me that they don't want to gain any muscle, or even a few who have told me that they want to get rid of their muscle!! Smh.
We also have women who complain that our program doesn't work because they're not losing weight, only to find out that they go over to Denny's for bacon, sausage, pancakes and eggs right after their workout (during which they hardly pushed themselves).0
