    everybody has that moment during their workout where it feels like you can't go on anymore. Then all of a sudden, that one song comes on, and you feel like you can uppercut a sunset. So I ask you, what song does that for you?

    Mine for the moment is the "Meek Millz - I'm a Boss (Remix)," even though I hate Meek Millz. There's just something about that beat, and the way TI starts it, that amps me up.

    Don't Stop Me Now by Queen. I love anything by Queen but this song gets me pumped and if I am attacked by zombies it will be the song playing in my head.

    I hope some people get the zombie reference lol.

    Currently, that would have to be "Home" by Phillip Phillips! I'm a super huge fan of gymnastics, and fell in love with the song when I heard it during the Olympics! :)

    I have my own little warm up that I do before I work out. I put on "Get To The Gone" on by Static X, and put it on repeat for 6 times and jump rope and do not stop until the entire thing is over. I'm not really into that band all that much but that song gets me APE *kitten* for sure jumping rope as fast as I can for like 18 minutes straight. I get done with it and want to start jumping from building to building across the roofs like fricking Hellboy or something. Its pretty high energy.

    Long time no here, Perfect Drug. My best friend and I use to do freestyle dance and pop lock to the Prefect Drug remix CD all the time back in the 90's mostly to the Meat Beat Manifesto version of that song back when he was too lazy to go to the gym with me and insisted that dancing was a form of exercise, which nowadays it actually is with all those Step Up movies haha.

    I LOVE Anastacia and am so glad to see someone in this country talking about her. Well wait, where you from haha. She's from Chicago and never plays here and I have waited YEARS to see this broad live. She is in my all time top 10 favorite bands/musicians list. You have good taste and two of my favs on your list. :D
