    Well, it was supposed to thunderstorm today and we didn't want to go out on a trail and get caught, so we decided to workout in the house today.

    I did a "circuit" of treadmill, stationary bike and rowing machine. Now because my bo-flex turns into a rowing machine and doesn't have electronics I get zero miles clocked for rowing, but it's still exercise.

    I got a total or 4.5 miles on the treadmill and 7.36 on the bike today (not bad for working out indoors).

    9 miles - 8 cycling and 1 playing half-court basketball.
    I know that 4,000+ steps add up to a lot more than a mile, only the garmin isn't very good in tracking sports where you change direction all the time, so I'll go with whatever estimate it gives me.
