You need to take more calories in. Your minimal daily intake should be 1200. You had several days within your log that were under 1000. This is not healthy and will keep you from gaining. If you are trying to gain weight, you should be around 1800-2000 per day. Your calories are already calculated by MFP as noted in your diary (yours were close to 2000).
You also didn't have a lot of days with any workouts logged. Workout. Also, eat back the calories you lose in those workouts. This is going against what most people here do (because they are trying to lose, some will not eat back workout calories).
Just taking a quick look at your food intake, a few things....try to lay off the junk food. Yes, they bring your calories up, however they do nothing for your body. Load up with fruits, veggies & proteins.
Good luck, and keep working on it.0 -
Chest exercises might hold your boobs up better.
Dead lifts, deep squats, and sprinting will make that butt a little bigger.
Minor caloric surplus, to ensure you put on muscle not fat.
Dont just eat your bmr, account for calories burned while exercising.0 -
you should put more infos in your diary...easier to follow yourself step by step and see where you're going wrong later.
Stop junk food... Seriously! One cheat once a week's fine but most of us, including me don't even cheat once.
It's a lot of dedication.... Lots of protein, good quality carbs, some good fat,low sugar and you'll be fine.
After, need to work on your training/workout.
Take care and hope you'll get what you want.0 -
Thank you all !0
