So, sometimes you gotta try workouts that beat you down like you stole a package. This one kicked my butt big time this am. Here it is in case you'd like to give it a try. It's a slight variation of a circuit I saw online somewhere.

Here it is:

10 min elliptical warm up (HR: 75% max),

followed by this sequence. No rest, or as little as you can manage between sets:

1 Dumbell swing (L) 35 20
2 Burpees 10
3 Dumbell swing (R) 35 20
4 Reptile pushups 20
5 Burpees 10
6 Side crunches (L) 20
7 Burpees 10
8 Side crunches (R) 20
9 Strict Mt. Climbers 20
10 Burpees 10
11 Dumbell shoulder Press 35 20
12 Burpees 10
13 Lateral squats 35 20
14 Burpees 10
15 Knee hugs 20
16 Burpees 10
17 Spider 20
18 Burpees 10
19 Dumbell shoulder Press 35 20
20 Burpees 10
21 Knee hugs 30

15 minutes of elliptical cool-down, then stretching.
