I have a lot of weight I need to lose in order to get off some medications. Looking to build a support system why I do that.

    I want to lose 103 lbs I've lost 40 of that so far. The sites great the people friendly and anyone is free to add me too. Look at my profile pic, a snap shot of my progress so far. It works :)
