What brand of shoes are you tearing up the road or trail in? I'm alternating between Vibram Trek Sports, Bikila LS and New Balance Trail Minimus.

Asics GT2170s....like my 2160s better but they don't make em anymore ;(0

Funny enough, Asics are working best for me. I tried quite a few types, but I keep going back to the Asics. Everything else makes my shin feel like its gonna split in two.0

Brooks Beast - need because of being flat footed. Best money I ever spent!0

adidas climacool (can't remember the "model"), some other kind of adidas, and new balance for trail.0

Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 150

My Mizuno Wave Inspires are finally on their way out the door, and I got fitted for a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline 9s (a return to the Adrenline's after a several year hiatus). I have a pair of Asics GT 2160s I got for trail running on sale, which I have yet to try out.0

Brooks Pure Connect.0

Nike Air Max + 2012 they are amazinggg!! Great foot support! Sleek design too.0

I run in Newtons, since I am a "front foot striker" and basically run like Tigger. They're designed for bouncy runners like me, apparently and are so bright, I will be easily to identify if I am ever attacked and left to die while out running. (Okay, so what can I tell you - too much Criminal Minds????)0

A pair of Nike Free+ shoes that are about 2 years old. I also deadlift and squat in these shoes. I tried the Asics, NB, etc routes and everything else makes my shins hurt or my toes fall asleep. I also feel like i'm being pushed forward.
I'll probably get another pair soon and work those in and phase these out eventually.0 -

I'm flat footed and love my new Brooks too!0 -
nike Free TR
zoots
Asics Keyano 17 - retiring soon0 -
I rarely run but when I do, some £7 plastic trainers from Tesco. Minimalist running style, of course, as there's no cushioning. Seems to work ok. More protection from nails and pieces of glass than proper running shoes, too. </cheapskate>0

Ooooh i totally want some vibrams!
I started out in adidas climacools but have recently started now running in my dunlop volleys internationals which are only $30 a pop so darn cheaper than vibrams.

I think i like them better than my adidas as i can feel the track a bit better.
Got some limited edition pink ones in the mail too0 -

Adidas Kanadia 4 in bright pink and yellow (can't miss me!) I have such big feet (UK 9/ EU 43), but they're skinny and narow ankles, I'm pretty limited :frown:0

Vibram 5 finger, helps my knees the most. On a hiking trial I will use my adidas climacools, but I prefer the tread mill so I can pace and keep track better.0

Brooks Pure Connect0

Nike Free....I didn't like them at first for anything over about 3 miles but now that I have ran in them a while I LOVE them for all runs.0

Currently Merrell Pace Gloves and asics Gel Blur 33s. Love them! Hoping to get NB's Minimus soon!0

I am so happy you asked. I just bought a pair of Brooks Glycerine 10. What a difference a good pair of runners make. I am fairly new to running and I am loving it.0
