after my fall marathon I'm going back to Nike. I've already custom designed my Lunarglide 4+'s.....I get them as a reward!

I am told I severely over pronate. I'm loving my books Trace 10s. Has anyone else noticed that Asics changed their arches? I love mine but get a blister if I go more than 5 miles on right arch.

I picked up a pair of Vibram Bilika shoes last weekend! Wore them once and got massive blisters. Ordered socks, which I'm about to pick up in a few minutes, and the blisters have healed, so I shouldn't have that problem again!

I use Nike Free Run+ . They work well for me. Considering getting a 2nd pair just for every day walking-around shoes.

    Nike Lunarglide +4 Premium.
    These are AMAZING!!
I've never had a proper "running shoe" and my old shoes hurt me so bad. These were a lot more expensive then I wanted to get but were so incredibly comfortable. I can wear these all day and jog-walk 7 miles and not even have sore feet whilst in my old shoes I'd go 10 mins and up to 2 miles and I'd be limping, my ankles killing me, and sore feet.

Good running shoes can be pricey so I use them only for running. I graduate my old running shoes to my walking about shoes. Grocery shopping, chasing kids at the park or beach, etc.
