Ever join a challenge only to drop out later because you can't keep up with the challenges or you can't check in every day? I created a group, that's sort of a casual challenge. I post daily challenges and weekly weigh-ins and the occasional motivational quote, but there are no requirements. No rules. So, participate as much as you can, but if you can't we understand, come back when you can.
