Never posted these before, progress pictures! Little over 3 months, following weight watchers/MFP. Just started working out about 1 month ago! C25K Rocks, I'm doing my first 5k, on Sept 1st! My hubby is deployed, and I cant wait for him to see the new me!

don't you just love C25K?! i always attempted to be a runner on my own throughout the years and i always failed because i pushed myself to hard and burned out. C25K has made me love to run - and pushed me a better pace. good job. you're looking great!0
