    I am 5'4" and current at 170. I wear a comfortable 12 and can still squeeze into my 10s. At my lowest weight (158) I was still wearing a 10.

    Wow now I feel like I am totally doing something wrong! 5'4" and weigh 132 and size 10 are the norm for me. have 1 pair size 8 shorts but waist size is the same as my 10's. Wish I was a 6 like most of the others my weight and height are.
