Powe 90/ Chalean extreme Hybrid

Hello everyone! I've been looking around the website and reading your posts for about 2 weeks until I decided to sign up and share my experience.
I've got a question and I hope someone would help answer it. I just completed my first week of Power 90 and I decided to add the Chalean extreme program, so I don't know if this is a hybrid or just something im doing alone. So here is how I do it:

Day one: Power 90 - sculpt
Day one: Chalean extreme - Burn circuit 1

Day two: Power 90 - sweat + ab ripper
Day two: Chalean extreme - Burn intervals + ab burner

Day three: Power 90 - sculpt
Day three: Chalean extreme - Burn circuit 2

If you did those two programs you would understand what i mean, but basically im just combining the cardio of both programs in one day, and the strength training in one day.


The question is, is my plan right and will it be effective?

    Bump. Do you think I should do some changes to what I'm doing? I'm not over weight I just want to get toned, losing a few pounds is a plus.

    Just make sure you aren't working the same muscles two days in a row.
