    yeah i have it and it is so worth it. it is such a great work out and they have three people performing the work outs
    and one does a modified version so if you can't keep up with the main trainer you can follow the other one. it is awesome i use it after my walking. it is a work out

    I agree, it's really good! I put it under cardio, and then calisthenics...there are already two options for you, light and vigorous. I think that the "vigorous" option for this video is fair, and then just put in however many minutes you completed.

    you can also enter general circuit training for calories spent.
