I take 15 pieces of Hersheys Drops, followed by an hour run. They work great and they're delicious.
Edit: $3.70 per bag on sale. In the last 4 months I've lost 34 lbs.0 -

You probably would rather not hear this, but there are no shortcuts to lifelong weightloss.
Everyone's looking for the magic solution, but really, it's about turning your life around and taking steps towards a healthier life.
Usually, it's taken years to put on the extra weight, you can't expect to drop it right away. Eat right and exercise - maintain that for a few months and you'll be well on your way.0 -

I think I'll stick to my medication instead.0 -

I've wondered this same question. A lot of body builders take things to help them bulk up. That doesn't mean they're not putting in work - they work their butts off, but they have something to help them along.
For some reason when people ask if there's anything that actually works to help slim down there are those that assume it's a cop out and a 'magic pill'. I'm busting my butt to lose this weight - but I'll be darned if I wouldn't take a supplement that would help the process!0 -
Working diet pill is an oxymoron :P
Exercise and proper eating will do an amazing thing: You'll look awesome0 -
I have to say that i do not find the OTC magic diet pills" to be a good thing. However , two months ago i weighed 198 lbs and it was taking its toll. I also had absolutely no desire to do the right things for myself. I felt it was just easier to be fat and eat what i loved. Well, my doctor didnt agree and she gave me a prescription to take for a few months to help get me back on track. I have taken it for 2 months now and i have lost 28 lbs so far. It helps with my appetite and my motivation. Its not a magic pill for sure. I put in ALOT of effort 6 days a week with exercise...mainly cardio and zumba and 1-2 times a week strength training ( my least favorite thing) and i have overhauled my diet to be about 80-90 % clean eating. I admit it saved my life.....and put me on the right path to start getting the right mindset and readjust my diet. I will probably take this for one more month then be weaned off. I just wouldnt take any pill with out being under a doctors supervision. Again thu,, i have to say its ME that is putting in the hard work. The pill is just a small stepping stone. I now enjoy the healthy foods that i eat and have no desire to have the junk any longer. I really think i will be able to keep it off this time.0
