C25K group starting July 30

I'll be starting the C25K on July 30 and have started a group for anyone else who wants to do it - I figured us non-runners can support each other this way as we figure this out. Feel free to post if you'd like an invite.

Sure, count me in. I have been working on the C25K a bit already. I can do week 4 day 1 but I think I need to start over a bit first because after 5 minutes of jogging my heart rate is really close to it's maximum range and sometimes my ears go numb (weird.. I know). I could use some support!!:blushing:0

I'd like to join too. I actually completed through weeks six about 4 weeks ago but had to stop. Probably wont start at week one but would love to follow the group to finally actually complete the program : )0

C25K is a great program. I've used it before. Really builds you up over time and eases you into the longer more strenious runs by interval running.
