Chicken Skin....need accuracy.

Okay. I have searched and googled and searched again, but I cannot find an accurate answer yet. I am baking Foster Farms Picnic Pack chicken drumsticks. I have taken the skin off. The package says that the +/- 4 oz drumstick of chicken has 210 Calories, 14 G Fat, and 20 G Protein, skin on. Since I have peeled the skin, what am I actually getting? I see a lot of listings on here that have the chicken at 13 G Protein, but I find it hard to believe that I lose 7 Grams in the skin. Is this true? If anybody has good experience in this could help, I would appreciate it. The fat doesn't have to be so accurate, as I know it is very little, but the protein and calories are a big deal.

I only buy skinless chicken breasts because it would actually bring me to tears to have to discard the skin myself.0

You can select the way you cooked the chicken and then a serving size of one drumstick, skin and bone removed, or just bone removed. Looks like the skin on one drumstick has 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fat.0

Good idea....but I buy it with skin on because it is considerably cheaper (about 2-3 dollars per pack), and I am not that in love with the skin lol.0 -
Haha....that helps greatly. It is hard to find an accurate weight, but I can just estimate.....and I know how to use proportions.0 -
I like using that website for foods that don't have nutrition labels (meats, fruits, veggies)0
