Just curious....how many people out there are having an entire "cheat day"/"treat Day" for Christmas Eve and Christmas day?
If so, what are you planning?

Me?
Dec 24th Yes I am (already have) cheated for Dec. 24th. I planned on having the Kids cereal and toast with Jelly and it was YUMMY (so was the cool whip I finished off :blushing: )
I'm hoping for some PIzza or Ice cream later on (or both!)

I plan on exercising though too....can't be too naughty.

Dec 25th....Probably. Hopefully a little chocolate ...maybe hot cocoa....French toast would be wonderful!

So...what about You?>

MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Just left the gym! Put in my few minutes of cardio (I don't add my actual workout)! Now, I plan on eating ANY and EVERYthing I want to until 11:59pm on 12/25/09! Merry Christmas!

I do. I am just going to eat what strikes my fancy.

I did go out and run 2 miles and do 20minutes of yoga. I will probably do some Wii Fit plus with the family later too.

Tomorrow morning I plan on doing videos before anyone else gets up.

    Merry Christmas.

Yes!! I have a huge workout planned for today. We're not doing a ton of food though. Tomorrow I'll bike, and we have the big Christmas Day dinner (prime rib roast...yummm)

I am having a two day cheat!! I have worked really hard for the last five months and have decided to give myself a break for two days and not guilt trip myself if I decide to go over on my calories. That being said.....I am not going to go completely overboard - just a little bit.

I'm going to eat the treats I really want today but maybe there won't be any because we had a dinner yesterday and we're having one tomorrow. I'm wokring out hard to counterbalance it and so I can just enjoy these 2 days! But I'm doing that knowing that I'm going to be working hard after and all the way up until I reach my goal! Its much easier to eat good after the holidays are over.. why not enjoy them while they're here?

    Merry Christmas!

I seriously considered buying a mini chocolate cake at the grocery store today... BUT I decided not to. I have a jello sugar free chocolate puddings. =)

I remember being a little kid eating sugar cookies with milk and huge Christmas dinners.
    Those were the days, haha.

I am trying to minimize the damage I do today and tomorrow....I got up at 5:30 this mornign  and went to the gym since they'll be closed by the time I get home from work. I am eating smart all day and counting breakfast, lunch and dinner. But we're going to my grandmas tonight and having cake and ice cream (and probably some veggies and maybe chips) for my grandpas birthday, so if that puts me over so be it.

Tomorrow I am not working out and I am eating whatever I want. Christmas only comes once a year, I'll hit the gym and eat smart again on Saturday.

Yesterday was a cheat day around here. There were many beers consumed. I did get my run in yesterday. Today I'll stay on track. I plan on doing strength training as soon as my kids get down for a nap.

However, tomorrow we have a Christmas breakfast we go to, and then a Christmas dinner. Tomorrow will be a nutristional disaster. It's ok, I'll get back after it on the 26th....at least until the next Christmas Dinner on NYD.
