What is your diet like? How much water are you drinking?0

I can't see your diary but you just joined in July so I'd give your body a few weeks to respond. True we all wanna loose weight RIGHT NOW but what with being hormonal women can change how much we loose or don't loose. Just eat what your goal is making sure you don't walk so much that you are making your body think it is starving meaning if your goal is 1500 and you exercise 800 you are actually only eating 700 so make sure you NET is around 1200 for the day or your body will not let a single fat cell go and you will struggle rather then loose. So my suggestion it to stick to it and don't get frustrated for at least a month or so. Show your body you mean business and don't give up on what could be the best thing you do for yourself this year0

It's been a week. Give it time. Unless you gained all the weight in a week don't expect to lose it all in a week. You can do it, just stick with it!0

weight first of all is a horrible way to judge things short term, it readily fluctuates, day to day just from fluid levels. If you're weighing daily, I'd say toss it or set one day a week that u get up in the morning, visit the rr if necessary n weigh then forget about it for the rest of the week. I measure weekly n weigh weekly(sometimes less than) If you want to lose it healthy n want it to stay gone, it takes time. Don't give up
Get plenty of rest, drink loads of water, keep moving, and get your macros in n it will happen!

I've recently had the same problem -- I had been hitting the gym, my calories were all good. Not an ounce for for 3 weeks! In fact, I went up. Out of desperation, I got the tape measure out. Much to my delight, the tape measure revealed changes the scale wasn't. I've lost 2 inches off bust, 2 off waist, 1.5 off hips and 1 off of upper arm. What I'm trying to illustrate here is that there will be plenty of positive changes that for, whatever reason, your scale won't recognize. I like to keep a couple of different measures of progress in mind; it helps me stay motivated when I see positive change -- even if it ain't on the scale.
Keep with it. The benefits you'll get faaaaaar out weigh (no pun intended) the negatives.0 -
Agree wholeheartedly with the above comments but OP I appreciate the annoyance/stress/"what's the point, I'll just go and stuff my face" (which is how I felt this morning after a week of solid gym and damn strict calories!).
It takes time. Stick with it and eventually those scales/tape measure will start to show good numbers0 -
Like the other ladies I've nailed my calorie intake for a bit over a month and barely lost anything, yet the tape measure tells a different story and I can feel the difference. I attribute the lack of weight loss to the fact I haven't excercised in a year so while I'm losing fat I'm gaining muscle. My body fat has gone down by nearly 3%.
Stick with it, record everything you eat and don't cheat on yourself, diet is the key to weight loss.0
