I had a headache all through the night and it finally went away. I am afraid to run because I dont want to cause it to come back. Should I skip the run?

Skip the run. And the headache could be from being hungry or not having enough energy. Eat 100-200 more calories when performing cardio. OR if you don't want to skip your run, eat an energy bar or a banana or some sort of fruit.0
