Treadmill advice

Hi guys we recently bought a treadmill to replace our cross trainer that broke, and I was wondering what sort of plan/ workout should I be doing that targets weight loss? Things like speeds, time im on it, how often...

Before, on the cross trainer I could do just over an hour 5 days a week fast paced and I would see and feel the results. However, I am new to treadmills and have been doing maybe 30 mins max 4-5 days a week and unsure whether it's having any effect (I do realise it all takes time and so it might just hit me eventually) because I get so tired a lot quicker than I did on the cross trainer.

I'm looking to lose weight on my legs, stomach and arms so any other exercise you could suggest I fit in with my treadmill would be great thanks :)

increasing the incline will drastically improve the workout.

    good luck.

Per my fit coach- Intervals are the best! Works for me you will burn more calories this way.
    *2 minutes @ 3 speed higest level
    2 minutes @ 2 speed level 2
    2 minutes @ 6 speed level 2
    *Repete
    Adjust as you like :-)
