I'm just curious as to how long people go from their last meal in the evening until they eat breakfast. How many hours do you go without eating? For me it's usually 12 hours.

Well in the summer/when i'm not at uni, I usually go to bed around 2am but my last meal is around 10/11 and get up around 7/8. Then I normally have something to eat at 11am or so (:

When it's term time, my last meal's usually at 9/10, i'm in bed by 12/1 and I get up at 6, and eat my breakfast when I get to campus before lectures start (at 9). So pretty similar!

Go to bed at around 11pm and eat breaky around 6am. So, about 7 hours. 12 is a lot, but I do it sometimes in the weekends.

My last snack (which might be chicken drumstick, a scotch egg, a packet of crisps or some nuts) might be at 1am then I'll have breakfast (which might be a chicken drumstick) at around 10am followed by snacks through to lunch. I don't really have proper meals, preferring to snack all day.

I usually go any where from 14 -17 hours without eating. Because I eat dinner around 6 or 7 pm and if I eat breakfast in the morning its at 9am sot hat is 14 hours but sometimes I don't eat breakfast in which case I eat around 12 and thats about 17 hours without eating. Never really thought about this. Seems like such a long time without eating lol

10-14 hours. It really depends. Sometimes I am super hungry, sometimes not so much.

Anywhere from 10 hours to 16 hours on intermittent fast days.
