Low fat philadelphia with garlic and herbs. Its delicious and satisfies my cheese craving (even though we never have cheese in the house).

Those Laughing Cow cheese spreads are pretty good. I also buy the deli-thin sliced cheese to use on sandwiches, burgers and cheese toast. Sargento has sliced provolone, cheddar and colby-jack that is under 50 cal a slice.

We like the colby-jack reduced fat Sargento, a stick is 60 calories, 5 g protein, 4.5 g fat

I enjoy lots of cheeses they're all high in fat and hence calories so portion control is required but they fit into my diet nicely.

Laughing cow ? I assume that was a joke. Ingredients -
Skimmed milk, cheeses, butter, milk proteins, emulsifying salts: sodium polyphosphates, citrates, diphosphates and phosphates, salt.

I love the Laughing Cow spreadable lite swiss cheese wedges. 35 calories each. I typically eat them with pretzel thins.

I buy really high quality aged white cheddar - so feel like I only need a little bit to satisfy me. (I'm also not concerned about fat grams though, might be different for others)

    Mmmm, cheese!

I like strongly flavoured cheeses, so a little goes a long way. I love Romano cheese on pasta and vegetables, and I like blue cheese too - the bluer the better!

Completely agree that aged cheeses have much more flavour. Avoid processes cheeses because of the additives. Maybe try something like an aged gouda or gruyere. If you can get to cheese specialist they will usually walk you through the cheeses and give tasters so you find cheeses that you really like.

I buy mature cheddar and mark out 12.5g squares on it so i don't have to weigh it everytime. It has a strong flavour so I only need a tiny bit.

I go for the strong flavours but it's the biggest thing I've had to cut! I often manage to fit in a bit of parmesan or gruyere (a little goes a long way) and there's some Roquefort sitting in the fridge awaiting my attention...

Laughing Cow all the way! I use it as a spread on sandwiches, a dip for crackers, and also mix it in with steamed broccoli. Mmm! Mm!
