Youtube Cooking Channels

I am very big into watching cooking channels on Youtube but most of those I subscribe to are unhealthy and not really anything I can eat (Even though it looks delicious!). Does anyone know of any healthy cooking channels? I would love to add a few 'good for you' channels so I could actually try some of the recipes, lol.

I LOVE this post! I read a lot of blogs but haven't found a ton of cooking channels on YouTube. Here is one I found that tends to be pretty healthy and also very cute! It's an old woman telling stories from the depression and cooking. Not all her food is healthy but some of it is. It's all pretty clean anyway.
