Good Morning all.....it's my first day here

Well, I have almost given up with this dieting nonsense. I have tried trainers, gyms, weight watchers, nutrisystem and umpteen other diets to no avail. So.....when I heard about this, I thought "what the heck".....so here I am.

Sure hope there are others like me that need to lose a large amount of weight. I hate those people that need to los 15-20 pounds and think their life is over. OMG....get over yourself. Try having to lost 100, 150 or 200 pounds and then you can whiine.

I lead a somewhat sedentary life. Sit at a desk all day, sit in teh car driving an hour home each night......TRY to swim 15-20 minutes weather permitting. Was walking and stationary biking until I tore my miniscus behind my right knee....and that stopped that. So until I heal (I refuse surgery)....I am stuck with limited exercise. But I have started again. Dug out the old videos. Cleaned out the refrigerator & cupboards and made up the menu for the coming week.

So......here we go.
