Pumpkin PIe Protein Shake

This was so unbelievably delicious that I just have to share it with everyone!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Whole foods organic nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup Libby's 100% pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix - the 100% pure pumpkin!!)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- one or two scoops Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate Gourmet Vanilla Powder
- 8 large ice cubes
Blend it up and you have yourself what tastes like a pumpkin pie frosty! I blended mine for a long time to make sure all of the ice got ground up really well.

Calories: 141 Carbs: 17 Fat: 1 Protein: 18 Fiber: 3 Sodium: 112
Nutrition information for shake with two scoops of dymatize protein powder:
Calories: 198 Carbs: 18 Fat: 2 Protein: 30 Fiber: 3 Sodium: 149

    I used to make a smoothie like that using smashed banana instead of yogurt and vanilla soy milk instead of skim (vegan). Sooooo yummy! Pumpkin is awesome.
