Protein snack
I just made a yummy snack that those of you watching your carbs will like
Boars head everroast chicken breast (deli sliced thin) I ended up eating 4 oz which was 4 roll ups.
greek yogurt
pickle relish
I rolled them up like little wraps.
Lay out meat, put a small (like a tsp) dallop of greek yogurt and a drop of pickle relish in the middle and roll it up.
It is so good, will stave off hunger and is high in protein.
You could vary the mix in the middle, red peppers would be good minced up--I just had pickle relish at work.

Love this idea ... think I'm going to put a nice fat kosher dill pickle in the middle of the roll, though!0
