yoga, kickboxing, 30 day shred, biggest loser workout or the *****cat dolls workout....help!!

    From that mix, I'd set up a plan for the week! I'd do 30DS, then the next day yoga, then rest. Then kickboxing, followed by the Biggest Loser. <3

    I agree, do them all. :) I have a pretty vast DVD library now, depending on how much time I have to work out that day and what I feel like doing. As long as you're moving, you're doing great!
