  • My goal is 125lb. I started at 205 in Feb 2011 and I am down to 157lb right now. I would feel comfortable at 125lb though the doctor said I can go as low as 114lb.

    my goal weight is 130 - 135, but I aim to hit 128 even for just a moment bec' I know I can do it!

    I am between 5'3 and 5'4 and my first goal weight is 165 lbs. Not sure where I want to take it after I meet that weight. Only time will tell!
  • I'm around 5'2 or 5'3, but I used to be much smaller than I am now. Currently I'm at about 113, but I'd like to get back to around 95, which was what I was before.

    5'3 here, I am currently 140 and my goal is set to 120 but I'm not sure, that might look sickly on me, I am comfortable where I am but I'm not satisfied, Maybe 125 or 130, I'm not sure yet. I started at 250lbs 2 years ago.

    I'm 5'3" my goal weight by my birthday in December is 130's but ultimately I would love to be low 120's we will see what happens.

    i am 5'4 and to get down to a healthy BF% my first goal weight is 150-160...not sure what'll be after that. I am doing a lot of strength training, so that weight may be fine...i honestly can't imagine being any less than that...guess we'll see what the future brings.

    I'm 5'3. Right now i'm at 170 and want to get to 155. And then probably my GW after that will be 145. But I might be happy at 155, because really, i'm quite happy with how i'm looking at the moment (tummy is quite flat and legs are getting more slim...) so i'm thinking, another 15 lbs (which is a fair amount) and i might even be happy to stay there!

    anyone else 5'3 and around 155 and happy to stay there?
  • 5'4, my goal weight is currently 135, I'll readjust if I like what I see at 140-145 lbs.

    I am shooting for 145 by the end of the year. Then re-assess from there. With as much time as I put into exercising, I hope keeping it off is easier this time. - Dani

    My goal weight was 129lbs. I am 4lbs away from that target and looking at my body, I know I can change my goal to lower. So once I hit 129lbs, I'm going for 120!

    I'm thinking around 120lbs so when I stop really counting calories and just eating healthy I'l have a 5lb window.

    Lowest weight 108 ( starving)

    LOL except for what I suspect would be a huge age gap -- I'm 50 sounds like we have basically the same body and goal. I was never 108 though..I think like in my last year of high school I might have been 120. But when I am 140 that is when I look and feel my best. PS I inherited the "big butt" syndrome from all of the females on my moms side of the family.

    pss..it's my butt and hips that keep the rest of my body from fitting into single digit clothing :(

    Hi! I'm new...I'm 5'3 150lbs... just trying to get down to the 140s...I usually stick there or climb up to 152...I want into the 140s then out and I would be happy staying in the 130s but 120 would make me soooo happy! I know how good I look at that weight and I would love to spend my 30s in the 130s.

    I'm 5'3" and I don't know what my goal is yet. The "lowest" I have ever weighed was 164 and that was back in college. I was heavier than that in middle school and high school. So I don't know where I'll feel comfortable, healthy, fit, and attractive. I have my goal set to 132 for the time being, but will re-evaluate when I get there.

    Start weight: 205 (size 18 pants SNUG, 2XL top)

    Current weight: 187 (size 18 pants COMFY, XL top)

    Long way to go.
    Mini Goal: 168 (according to online BMI calculators that is the weight at which, based on age and height, I will no longer be obese).

    HW- 195 (while pregnant)
    SW- 180 (three months after having my second baby, and got the ok from the doctor to start exercising after having a c-section)
    CW- 152.5
    GW- 140 (weight when I started college at 18)
    UGW- 130-135 (weight when I was 17 when I started dating my now husband)

    I need to get rid of my baby pouch though.
