newbie!!

Hello all, I signed up a while ago, but am just returning. Hoping that this forum will keep me on track and reading all the successes will keep inspiring me. I really need to lose around 50 - 60 lbs, but I am going to focus on 10 for now.

    Hi & I'm back ,I make sure to drink least 8 cups of water a day & walk for 1 hour each day but some days I need outside motivtion, maybe we can help each other stay on track, add me :smile:
