Just started MFP yesterday!

I am brand new to this and am excited. I have tried other places to lose weight but have put it back on. This seems like a better fit for me and easier. Hopefully it will work!!

    I have been at for a short time but have seen great results. If you log all of your food and increase your activity you will do just fine. Feel free to add me as a friend if you need support. Good luck : )

    I am just starting to use my fitness pal. I have heard about it from many different folks. I have used two other weight loss sights and so far this one seems the easiest to use. I am using a combo of dieting strategies. I am counting calories and trying a plan by Beyond Diet. It promotes several small meals through out the day to keep hunger at bay and blood sugar even.

    I created an account in May and used it sporatically but just decided to cancel my WW subscription and go with MFP. I read a lot a comments about MFP vs WW and MFP had some really impressive feedback. I like the idea you learn about your food and the breakdown of fats, protein, carbs, cal, and etc versus just points values. Good luck to you!!!
