Holy cow!

I have been eating Astro balkan style vanilla yogurt (130 cals, 4g protein) and I LOVE it. So good. I even tried the caramel flavor, to die for!) But I had been hearing people talk about greek yogurt and now much protein it has. Well I just looked it up and one brand available here has 18 GRAMS of protein per serving! Holy smokes! I'm defenitely gonna be checking it out, hoping it tastes as good as what I'm eating now, I know some people have said they don't like it.
I also wanna see if it's any good in tuna/chicken salad as a substitute for mayo! I'm trying to up my protein, so I can just imagine how much protein that would have!

    I LOVE eating Greek Yogurt. But I have to say I am picking. Certain ones are good, and others not so much (brand wise). I have not cooked with it yet, but I do eat it for breakfast on the go. Usually, I throw in some Bear Naked Fit Granola. It keeps me full until lunch time because of all the protein.

    I really don't love Greek yogurt as a substitute for regular yogurt, but it is good with fruit added (adding your own, not the mix-in stuff) or in smoothies. Of course, the fresh peaches we have at home right now would make anything taste good! :)

    I really like using Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream on potatoes or in recipes. I'm going to have to look up what else I can use it in place of!
