Does the 'strength training' mean anything?

Or does it just keep record of the weight training you've done? Like, does it tie in with your nutritional needs for the day or do they just sit there?

    Purely to keep track of your sets/reps. You can look up strength training under Cardio to get a calories burned estimate based on time spent at your bodyweight.
