so i have tried MFP once before did really well and then not so well. and instead of sticking it out i game up and deleted my account. so i am back. for good this time hopefully. i have gone thru alot in the last few months and have decided to focus on me and making me happy. reguardless what anyone else wants or needs me to do. i find having freinds is very encouraging, so please feel free to add me. i have over 100lbs to lose so im in for a while

I had 100lbs to lose too.. I've lost 52lbs so far so now I need 48lbs to go.. tough journey but so worth it! add me .. we can do this together

my doctor would like me to loose 100# but i'm fine with 75---i've been thru a lot in the last year too. (death in my family, huge family rifts, lots and lots of money issues, work, etc) i know how hard it is.

congratulations on choosing a healthy path! I'm also on 'not first time'...but it really feels good to take back some control in my life. One of the best things is that being healthy is a daily choice for me...some days I make better choices than others...but each day is full of positive potential as I get out of bed...you know you can do this...so glad to see somebody else who is coming back around.
