    I just do a good job tucking the wings in.. hahaha ;) I have not been to a gym yet, just walking. Sometimes with my work out video I use a small weight and it might help. lifting it over your head and touching the back of your shoulder with it and extend it back up over your head.. But really I still have flap in the wind too ;) I even looked at that surgery to remove it, but I am giving it a few years to see if the elasticity goes back any...
