How do I add breasfeeding to my logging? I am exclusively breastfeeding now. Thank you!

Just type breastfeeding into the food database. It'll give you a bunch of options including feeding exclusively, gives me 500 extra calories each day. Good luck!0

make sure you look through all the options and choose the one that most closely resembles your situation- infant (exclusively breastfeeding-no solids) does burn 500 calories but as they get older the calorie requirement decreases. I only log 100 because my daughter is older (28 months) and only nurses 2-3 times a day. There are a lot of option to choose from0
