New Exercise DVD

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if you could advise me on my next workout dvd to buy.

I received an email with a €10 voucher for a workout dvd (which is great and perfect timing :flowerforyou: ) but since I have turbojam & 30 day shred I am unsure as to what to get with it.

The voucher expires in a weeks time so I want to get something that will be good and hopefully will help melt all this fat away!

I was looking at the biggest loser dvds - would anyone recommend them???

Hi,

I use the Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout DVD. It's fun if you like dancing and you definitely get a good workout.

I really like any of the BL DVD's that I have-- I LOVE BL Weight Loss Yoga--I also really like cardio max (killer workout) BL 1&2 are good but parts of them are lower impact (which may be good for those days when you don't feel like working out-- I have been happy with any BL DVD's I have purchased and hope to add to my collection soon (Boot Camp)

I also like Jackie Warner's Dvds for strength. They rock. You can preview them at Excercise tv. I also loved insanity by Beach body but $10 won't buy it. But it is really, really awesome.

Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is a kick butt cardio workout, I love it. BL's CardioMax is pretty good. I haven't tried BootCamp yet, but have wanted to!
