Training for soccer and weight loss

I am a female, at 48 I'm strength training for come back to playing soccer. I play all through elementary, high school to college and beyond. I grew up in South America. I haven't played in 18 years! I have been on plan since the middle of July 12, I've lost 13 lbs. so far. I'm lifting weights, so my measurements are really telling of the new plan. I LOVE myfitnesspal. I have it on my Android. Thank you fitness pal!!! This is a lifestyle change.

Great job! I played soccer from age 5-18 then tore my ACL. At 26 I decided to play again in a local women's league. It's very competitive and a great workout. 4 years later i am still playing and loving it!!0
