Jillian Michaels Meal Plan?

Has anyone out there done the Ripped in 30 meal plan? I'm thinking of combining it with my 30DS workouts. I can already tell how difficult it will be as there is only one snack allowed on the plan, and the meals aren't that big.
Although....I am only 4'll, so I really shouldn't be eating a ton.
Thoughts?

Hi, looking for others who are doing Ripped in 30. T'm on day 5 of week 1. The cover letter of the menu offered says each meal is around 400 cal. I haven't seen this. I concerned that if I don't have at least 1200 calories I'll retain my weight instead of lose. Any ideas???0

I don't know about the meal plan, but in listening to her podcast, she does not advocate going under 1200 calories, ever. She seems to generally recommend 1200-1500 while you are trying to lose, and she seems to suggest more calories when you are working out hard.0
