If you like it spicy, try sriracha.

Reduced sugar Heinz. Only 1 carb per serving vs 5 in original.

    Heinz® Reduced Sugar Ketchup (14-oz.)

This Ketchup recipe has 75 percent less sugar than our classic Ketchup, but 100 percent of that rich tomato flavor. Just like all Heinz® Ketchup varieties, it contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. And the top-down bottle and Stay-Clean Cap® make serving our Ketchup as easy as enjoying it.

we only use the reduced sugar ketchup. Even my very picky 2 year old can't tell the difference!

Why not just make your own? Then you have complete control over every ingredient.

Heinz has an organic ketchup. That's what I use.

I use the Heinz No Salt Added, because I'm watching sodium a lot more than sugar

That's funny, I was just looking up homemade ketchup tonight. I don't eat a lot of it but when I do I can't believe how much crap is in it. Even the organic is loaded with sodium. Check out this recipe - it looks super easy to make.

Try making it yourself! I have still yet to try this out, but I am a ketchup FREAK, so here's one I found.

banana sauce. (it sounds weird but it's just like a mushy ketchup) you could probably find it in Asian grocery stores.

My FAVORITE condiment to put on just about anything, including salad is Goya Recaito...find it in the International food aisle.

This. It's usually what you eat ketchup with that's the "problem."

But I also like a glob of salsa on a hamburger.
