The programs are on the sites in the original post. For the initial test, you basically just do as many of each exercise as you can until you start to lose your form, and then the number you can do determines which program you'll follow that will challenge you the most while still being doable. It's explained in better detail on the sites that OP listed :)

ETA for the others wanting to get back to this post: just go to your profile (by clicking your name up at the top of the page) and then on the left you'll see an area that says "My Recent Forum Posts" and this thread will be among them.

Ok, so I did all the initial tests except the dips because I am coming off a broken wrist. Is there another exercise I should do? I still want to do the challenge.

After I was repairing from a shattered wrist injury, I worked into push-ups gradually by starting off with modified push-ups on my closed fists instead of on the palms of my hands. And I did push-ups on my knees instead of full-body. Over time, I gradually was able to start doing them on my hands, a few at a time, and then increased the number.

Hope your wrist is healing well and returns to 100% soon!

I am a fairly active person who likes all outdoor activities.I joined MFP awhile ago however only starting tracking about a month and 1/2 ago. While in Tahoe I realized if I took off a few ( like a 100) I could run faster, ride farther and seriously improve my golf game . So I am going for this challenge .You know what they say "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger".....

    calf 18
    thigh 29
    hip 48
    waist 47
    upper arm 17

I will post my test results tomorrow morning...
