Looking for a good heart rate monitor

And no idea what ones are the best - ideas please?! Also should note that i'm on a pretty tight budget- so nothing outrageous! Thanks guys!

    I would like to hear from someone who has found a decent HRM without having to spend too much.

    I have an old polar f4 that I love. They don't make them anymore, but polar is a really good brand. I think any one that has a chest strap will be pretty reliable.
