Hi---I am trying to get in shape and really looking for friends to motivate me. Any suggestions,workout tips,places to go in AZ to workout,recipes or motivation is what I need. Have a long road ahead of me and appreciate any help or new friends. Thanks

I'm in AZ on the north west side of Phoenix ...I go to a place called Jabz boxing fitness for women...I absolutely love it there...so far I've lost 48 lbs and 55.5 inches....always looking for friends to help motivate both them and myself.0
