hey, ok so im new here and wanna make friends, i live in Brisbane and wanna make friends, im not 100% sure on how to use this so if anyone could help me out that would be great thanks

Its very simple..Just enter all the information in...set your goals, and begin logging your food intake each day....you will learn how to eat properly and much lower calories...Ive been doing it for 3 weeks and dropped 17 pounds...its crazy how much "crap" we normally would eat. I have learned to just eat more "clean". You can do it.0
