Hey all. I got a bunch of bananas that I am going to freeze soon.

Give me some of your best banana recipes (preferably NO banana bread recipes - I got my own I make)

Banana icecream is my favorite. Just freeze them when they're really ripe place them in a blender or food processor and thats it!!!! Its awesome :)

    Monkey Smoothie
    1 chopped, frozen banana
1 cup light soy milk (or whatever you drink)
1 heaping TBSP. of PB2 (or peanut butter)
Add protein powder if you like

Edited to add the most important step...Blend it, silly!!

Sooooo good! It's creamy like a milkshake and tastes like a naughty food. :)

    Banana curry.

Chop them up and throw them in a pan with some butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and curry powder. Serve with some naan bread.

Oooh that's different! I like the idea of the sweet/salty combo.

I like to make pudding, sugar free/fat free instant pudding prepared with skim milk, and a bunch of crushed up low fat graham crackers/ nilla wafers and of course lots of sliced bananas.

I love that banana ice cream too and have it at least once a week. It's so creamy and good. Add strawberries to it and it's also delicious! Tastes like a really strong strawberry sherbet or frozen yogurt. It seems like you are cheating!

I eat it all the time because it's so cheap. It's delicious. :)
