What to "net" in maintenance

I'm in maintenance and was wondering if I should still try to "net" 1200, or if I should be netting my daily allowance given by MFP? Seeing as I do a good amount of cardio every day is it a bad idea to net 1200 or is that basically a good goal number? I am so sorry I have been posting so many questions, I really am so clueless on all of this. I have an appointment with a nutritionist soon so hopefully that will help me become a little more educated on this! Until then, thank you all so much for all of your help recently!

Maintenance = eating what you burn
so you should net your maintenance goal (ie MFP set to 0 weight loss)
or looking at it another way eat 20% more than your BMR, plus your exercise calories, then adjust up or down if you lose or gain weight.0
