Jamie Eason's LiveFit - Anyone doing this? Feedback?

I'm thinking about doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12-wee trainer program. I wondered if anyone else out there is doing it and what you think. I've looked through the weeks and Phase 1 looks doable but worry about how intense Phase 2 & 3 are. I have a hour to work out everyday but may struggle to do 90 mins. (Would really have to jam my schedule to make it happen)
I'm eating clean already and do workout 5 - 6 days a week but have cardio in there. Just wondering if this program is worth it and how people deal with how strict it looks. I kind of like the flexability to do the type of exercise I like. Does anyone change out the exercises (i.e. dumbells instead of cables.......... running instead of eliptical)

I'm also interested in this. I haven't had a consistent lifting plan, so I thought this looked good. Let us know if you have tried or completed the program.0

I'm going into the second week today.
I would recommend it! I'm coming off of Insanity so so far the 'workouts' have felt a little too easy (though i am sore the next day so i guess that's a good thing)
I'm a little apprehensive about Phase 2 as well, but I'm confident that I'll be in shape enough for when it comes up. And it's ALL weightlifting the first month, so only lift what YOU can lift. It is making me realize how weak I am, but I love being sore!
I mostly like working out with dumbbells, so certain barbell exercises i will look up the equivalent workout when using dumbbells.
Good luck!0 -
Bump. I was looking at this last night, and I dunno...0

I am on day 32 today. I absolutely love it. I already had my own little Cardio routine going with classes at the gym. But I heard to b really see results you should lift weights. So I found Jamie's program and gave it a try. Phase 1 was pretty easy to do. I'm just starting phase 2 now. The workouts are longer and more intense. I love how I'm feeling after them.. I literally feel like each day I wake up tighter than the day b4. The pounds seem to be melting off as well. I totally recommend the program.0

I started with Phase 2 because I'd been doing a lot of heavy lifting already and had been eating pretty well - just not as clean as I thought I was apparently. Anyway, I just finished the first week and am really happy with things. It's hard workouts and takes time. It's an hour and a half at the gym 4 days/week and an hour 2 more days (6 days of lifting - all have cardio after except the 2 leg days.) At least, that's in phase 2 - I hear phase 3 is similar as far as time needed. And it also requires you eat right. It's very important or you won't get the amazing results. However, I lost 4lbs this week! Part was clean eating, I'm sure, because I used to drink a beer every night while making dinner, ate lots of processed foods and didn't eat enough. I'm eating a lot more food now, just healthier. It also took me some time the last two Sundays to prepare food to take with me to work, like these turkey mini-meatloafs, veggies all bagged up, pumpkin protein bars and so-on.
So what I'm saying is that it's a big commitment, but I'm already starting to reap the rewards. I am hoping and praying to be in the best shape of my life at the end of it. I've been hovering in the same spot, never making any real progress, for a long time now after the initial weight loss. She has another program on the BodyBuilding website, a body transformation/fat loss plan (http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/female-20to39-fat-loss/intro). My 20 year old daughter is doing that because she's pretty new to working out and isn't wanting to spend so much time or eat as perfectly yet. She likes it, though.0 -
how is everyone doing now? i'm thinking about starting this program, but after reading these comments - i'm nervous and the intensity of phase 2 and 3, as well as the amount of time needed for workouts. are you all still doing it? how are your results?0
