    I lucked out with a "I'm doing light strength training but I don't want to look like a competitive female body builder in a months time". I had that one up in the corner.

    it's hard for us ladies, brett, you have no idea. if we dare lift more than a three pound, light pink dumbell, we will turn around and be all she-hulk. we gain muscle too fast. you know... b/c we have so much testosterone. men will never understand.
