Hi All!
I've been dealing with trying to lose weight for the better half of my life. I'm 25 right now. And severely overweight. 322 right now. Currently I've lost about 17-18 pounds in about 2 months since I've been on here. (I know the tracker says 15 pounds, but I didn't know when I gained a pound here and there and I put it in the weigh in, it basically reset the calculator) Last year I actually weight 360!!!!
Anyway I'm really looking for some support here. I tend to slip quite a bit, and I live a very stressful lifestyle with deadlines for projects that can easily be an all nighter for me. So its very hard to stay on a eating schedule or even a schedule that doesn't involve late night pizza deliveries or mcdonald runs at 3:00am.
Right now I would like to get myself to a healthier eating habit. Before I move on to working on
I try to stay within my limits but lately I'm around 400-500 calories over what my limit says I should be at..
I'm just looking for some friends to give me some encouragement to keep going. That always seems to help, but people eventually stop giving encouragement so it would be nice to have some again!

i need a great support system i started at 321 i've lost 7 pounds and count im so proud of myself. it was hard in the being but now i see what i am putting into my body its so much easier now that im count before i put anything to my mouth. good luck to you all0
