Snack? Anything high in protein, who cares the amount of calories as long as reasonable and not more than 200c, anything more than 200c qualifies as a meal...
So 5-6 crackers with peanut butter is my choice... every day without fail... twice day even... if I don't have that, then whey protein... twice day....
Protein makes the world go round dont ya know? hmm0 -
Thank you nice Idea, however no mention of Carbs in those. For us who count carbs more than even calories this type of list doesn't work.0
